I resumed my never ending quest for free ring tones last night, and for the first time had true success (I think). I found a site called Phone Zoo that lets you upload your own songs and turn them into ring tones for free. They make their money off of advertising. And since my Verizon phone plan includes unlimited picture messages, I figured it was worth a chance. I'll let you know if within the next billing cycle they hit me with fees.
I uploaded two songs, Entertaining Angels by Newsboys, and I Can Feel a Hot One by Manchester Orchestra. I also downloaded the Sleeping Beauty waltz and an Irish river dance song. Oh, and a bell sound for text messages because the normal chime has been annoying me lately. I also made a ring tone of The Boys are Back from High School Musical 3, and sent it to my boyfriend. lolLabels: Technology

| Yeah. So I have discovered another love of my life: Very Vanilla Silk Soy Milk! It is so rich and creamy. It tastes a bit like melted ice cream, but thicker. It has that hint of soy I've learned to love, but mostly this strong vanilla flavor. Its sooo good! | |
So last night was our two month anniversary! Jade took me to TGI Fridays, and we had a really nice dinner. And then we saw Yes Man. I also saw High School Musical Monday night.
Yes Man is pretty funny. Its "laugh most of the movie" funny, but not "laugh so hard you can't breath and start crying" funny. The last movie that made me laugh that hard was Dan in Real Life. The writing is very, very good - very clever. The basic premise is that Carl, a boring bank loan person, gets dragged to a seminar, and ends up making a covenant saying Yes to everything for a year.
The movie doesn't have any huge twists, but it is surprising at times all fits together really, really well. The directing is great too - Jim Carrey's character Carl is nicely developed. The weaker areas of the film are Cinematography which I found bland, and Jim Carrey's acting. Don't get me wrong, he is one of my favorite actors of all time. But I felt like he really sat back and have one of his standard performances, and let the story and the writing be the highlight of the movie. And that's just fine with me.
Also, just so you know, I am very busy with my Spanish 102 class. Its four hours every day, and we've covered all of the present and preterite in four days. And we have our first exam tomorrow!Labels: Beauty/Health/Food, College/Classes, Movie Reviews

profile
I am just your average college student. I spent my time on homework, random projects, hopefully soon a job, and hanging out with my friends. I live with a fun roommate who is really creative with lyrics. I have a great boyfriend who likes concerts and movies.
I am involved with my major, and I help plan events. I am working towards graduating in three years. In my free time, I am teaching myself guitar, relearning piano, and I paint with acrylics.
